This was a special home with loads of character. The buyers loved the uniqueness of the house and the location on a beautiful lot with an in-ground pool. The custom wood burning fireplace with reclaimed barn wood mantle was my favorite feature. Multiple offers over asking price were received after the first weekend of showings.
