As Senior Vice President, Art brought together a team of 1,600 agents, built 21 offices, and created a top-ranking real estate company encompassing Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. The Long&Foster region, under Art’s direction, did over $2 billion in sales in 2005. Art specializes in management, new home construction, residential, multi-unit properties, lot sales, and land development. Currently, he represents Herling Homes, Evans Homes, Marc Salamone Homes, CD Hall Builders, Vintage Development, Woodstone Custom Homes, Rockhill Builders, Pisani Builders Association, Thomas Construction, Inc., D’Agostino Builders to name a few. He is highly respected for his "insider knowledge and pulse" of the industry and his focus is to continue to dominate the new homes market as the broker of choice.
