Income Per Year

Family of One: $20,600 - $54,900
Family of Two: $23,550 - $62, 750
Family of Three: $26,500 to $70,600
Family of Four: $29,400 - $78,400
Family of Five: $31,800 - $84,700
Family of Six: $34,150 - $90,950

Today, after eight months of delays which included a Government Shutdown, family member suddenly passing away, and a cloudy title to the property, we were finally able to close on our home in Wells! It was certainly a happy morning for sure! Congratulations Tim and Kristina! We will be waiting to hear about any new additions to your family!!!!! Congratulations!!
