We are honored to share that Theresa Grant & Associates Real Estate Partners has been recognized by RealTrends Verified as a Top Team in the U.S. and California.
This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects our first year together as a real estate team with REAL Brokerage. We came together from different brokerages and backgrounds to build something rooted in collaboration, professionalism, local market knowledge, and a genuine love for helping people buy and sell mountain homes throughout the San Bernardino Mountains.
The carousel we are sharing tells a little more of the story behind the recognition. You’ll see Theresa, the team badge, our team, and then our four beloved office pups: Cognac, Shylee, Jade, and Lucy, each posing in front of the REAL “Work Hard, Be Kind” poster. That phrase is a big part of our culture. It reflects how we want to serve our clients, support one another, and work with everyone involved in a transaction. Work hard, be kind, and love dogs. That sounds about right to us.
We are deeply grateful to the clients who trusted us in 2025, whether they were selling a longtime Lake Arrowhead home, buying a weekend retreat in Crestline, relocating to Running Springs, investing in Big Bear, downsizing, or simply trying to understand their options in a changing real estate market. Each opportunity to serve matters to us, and this recognition belongs as much to our clients and support partners as it does to our team.
