4 generations made memories in this home. Their great grandfather built it in the 1960s, and his son eventually retired here. They told me stories of their grandmother standing on the deck and calling down to everyone at the dock that dinner was ready. Their stories beautifully captured the spirit of Lake Arrowhead: a place where time slows, nature restores, loved ones gather, and life’s sweetest moments are made. This was Chelsey’s first co-list property with me, and she hit it out of the park. She hosted many open houses and facilitated multiple showings. She proved herself to be a tenacious, determined agent in her co-list role, and ultimately brought the Buyer for the property too. I am so proud of her, and for our teamwork on this one.
