There’s just something about a closing table with an extra guest! 🐾🐩 We always love when sweet pups show up to be part of the North Georgia adventure, and Dutchess was an absolute star today!.

Huge congratulations to our buyers and sellers on officially crossing the finish line on a gorgeous custom family retreat! A special shoutout to listing agent Tiffany Towery and buyer’s agent Cindy Colon for making it a seamless team effort.

Here’s to crisp mountain air, long-range views, and all the tail-wagging memories ahead! 🍷🏡
