HOT TUB AND GROUP ACTIVITIES: A spacious hot tub on the lower-level balcony overlooks the 1+ acre of wooded terrain. Just inside, a full-size pool table, shuffleboard table, chest of board games and tabletop checkers await for those who want to engage in indoor recreation. Plus, a bar with beverage chiller is located on the game level floor.
3 FIREPLACES: Blue Vista has 2 indoor gas fireplaces that can be easily switched on and set to desired length of time, then easily switch off. The screened in patio off the front door is a lovely hang out by the outdoor live fireplace. Wood is provided - at the back of the home near the exterior staircase.
