Some transactions stay with you long after the closing table, and this one certainly will for me.

I first met Tara & Bob more than two and a half years ago when we began the adventure of finding their Big Canoe home together. From the moment they purchased 160 Wood Poppy View, they poured themselves into it and cared for it beautifully.

As we prepared this home for the market, they trusted the process, embraced every recommendation, and worked incredibly hard to present the property in its absolute best light. Their pride of ownership showed in every detail.

While I’m truly sorry to see them leave Big Canoe for now, I have no doubt this is only the beginning of an exciting new chapter for their family. I already know Big Canoe will welcome them back home one day.
