My enthusiasm for my profession and dedication to my clients has led me to earn several national designations including Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and the esteemed, GRI - Graduate, REALTOR ® Institute. Being a trout fishing, hiking and horse rescue enthusiast, I purchased a farmhouse in Blue Ridge, Georgia years ago to use as a second home/ vacation income-producing property with a plan to eventually retire to the area. Each time I visited the mountains I did not want to return to the city and decided to forgo waiting for retirement to live life on my terms and made the mountain farmhouse my primary home in 2015. I currently have 4 rescue horses, 4 dogs, 4 ducks, and 2 cats on my farm! I am tremendously knowledgeable about second-home, incoming-producing properties, equine properties and know where the best fishing spots are hidden for those seeking creek and river front cabins.
