Our area is easily Georgia's best multi-seasonal region. It's an easy escape into the mountains for a getaway, family vacation, new business location, or investment property. The summers are warm, we enjoy the change of the leaves in fall, snow in the winter months, and a beautiful spring.

Many vacationers seek out the A-Frame as it's uncommon across the United States and the large windows allowing for great scenic views and plenty of natural light. I love to see homes that take advantage of the local beauty, whether it's a view of the mountains or the local lakes.

Have you stood on the border of Georgia and Tennessee? Copperhill, Tennessee has a unique past, it even has a river that runs through the border with two different names!!

I suggest you hop on the Blue Ridge scenic railroad and make the stop in Copperhill, it's a great town for all ages!
