I’m incredibly excited to see my clients’ newest property come to life as a short-term rental!

This one took patience.

We didn’t rush to buy a property just because it looked good in photos or had a great view. We waited for the right property—one where the numbers made sense AND where we could see a clear path to creating something guests would genuinely seek out.

And that’s where I believe working with an agent who actually understands the short-term rental business makes a difference.

Before making the purchase, I worked with my clients through the underwriting—looking at realistic revenue potential, expenses, operating costs and what the property could become after improvements.

Then we moved from “Should we buy it?” to “How do we make it exceptional?”

That meant walking the property together and identifying design changes, amenity upgrades and guest-experience improvements; connecting them with the right contractors and resources; and applying the Drift Away Luxury Lodging proprietary Four Checks framework to help determine where their investment dollars would have the greatest impact.
