Lucky that houses are selling.
Lucky that business is good.

Maybe.

But luck doesn’t answer calls at 9 PM.
Luck doesn’t spend weekends showing property.
Luck doesn’t negotiate contracts, solve problems, market listings, or advocate for clients.

What you see online is the highlight reel.

What you don’t see are the long days, the late nights, the sacrifices, and the commitment behind every closing.
