September is a great time to be in Blue Ridge, Georgia. 🍂
Cooler mornings are starting to arrive, fall events are picking up, and downtown Blue Ridge is getting ready for another busy season.
This month brings the Blue Ridge Blues & BBQ Festival, fall rides on the Scenic Railway, local events, and plenty of activity around town.
The real estate market is changing too. Buyers have more choices, and sellers need to pay close attention to pricing, condition, views, road access, and location.
I’ve put together a quick September update on what’s happening around Blue Ridge and what I’m seeing in the local real estate market.
