One thing I’ve learned again & again?

Every transaction is different, because every person is different.

I’ve learned that sometimes the right answer is to walk away from a house. Sometimes the biggest win isn’t getting the house, but avoiding the wrong one.

I’m also reminded how much trust people place in me during some of the biggest transitions of their lives.

So today I’m feeling grateful. Grateful for the families who have allowed me to be part of their story. Guide them through their PCS moves & answer every single question.

Every closing teaches me something. Every “pending” deal teaches me something. I’m very thankful for all of it. 💛

Just over here making ✨magic✨ happen for my buyers & sellers! Celebrating 2 closings + 1 buyer secured their home today!

🏠 Congrats to Caitlin on her beautiful new townhome (in the BEST community)! She secured all her closing costs, all her repair requests, and walked away with money back at closing. 💵

🏠 Another congrats for my Sellers! They put a lot of work in getting their home ready & with a solid plan in place we had a BUSY weekend of showings… that resulted in multiple offers! In the end they walked away with a solid over list price offer & are off to their new base.

🏠 Final celebration is for my buyer relocating here from Guam! We secured a great option + closing costs too! 🙌

2 homes secured for 2 military families! BOTH are receiving closing costs! 💰

If you hear "closing costs" and aren't exactly sure what that means… they are the expenses that come with buying a home. (lender fees, title work, taxes, insurance, etc.)

One of my goals when representing military families is helping them keep money in their pockets. As much as possible. Which is why we try to negotiate these costs to be paid by the seller.

For these two families, that means less cash upfront and more money available as they settle into their new homes.

Every situation is different, but if there's an opportunity to save my clients money… I'm going to ask!

It’s an exciting day for my buyers coming from Japan to here! After spending years overseas, they are ready to be back stateside. (& so is their family!)
