Summit Homes shoppers have taught us that having an expert Designer, Community Manager, and Project Manager by your side throughout the process makes for a great customer experience. Achieving homeownership is more challenging than ever before. As the largest homebuilder in Kansas City, we are committed to reversing this trend. When home shoppers visit a Summit Homes community, they will get a whole new experience. Our Community Managers will walk shoppers through the entire process from the model home retail space. Once you choose a homesite and homeplan, you'll get to design your home by choosing from Series 1, Series 2 or Series 3. Another commitment we've made is not to spend our customer's money.
