Today, the ladies of Sage Door wore pink in honor of the one and only Dolly Parton. 💗 Dolly was so much more than an incredible singer and songwriter—she was a woman of faith, kindness, generosity, strength, and plenty of sparkle. Her music touched generations, while her giving heart made a lasting difference in the lives of so many. We had a little fun celebrating her the way we think she would have loved: dressed in pink, smiling big, and spreading a little extra joy. Her beautiful legacy will live on forever. 🦋✨

Leasing & Tenant Specialist

Sage Door Property Management is growing and we are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing & Tenant Specialist to join our team in Blue Springs, Missouri

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, strong communication, and a positive experience for both our residents and property owners. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, learning new things, and being part of a supportive team environment, we would love to hear from you.



Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person property showings using a company vehicle
• Provide information regarding available properties and company rental requirements
• Assist prospective residents with applications and move-in procedures under the supervision of licensed staff
• Coordinate move-ins and resident onboarding
• Respond to tenant and prospect inquiries with professionalism and excellent customer service
• Assist with leasing, marketing, and administrative activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company software systems
• Support company communication and follow-up standards



Requirements:
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn software systems quickly
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to travel within approximately one hour of our Blue Springs office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Dependable attendance and strong organizational skills



Schedule:
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Two evenings per week until approximately 6:30 PM
• Occasional Saturdays required
