Been working on a new sign for the entrance...saw this on FB and we really like the finished product... from twin headboard to entrance sign.

You can smell the holidays in the air and we have the perfect place for a weekend getaway. A great Christmas gift and very affordable. And if you have relatives coming in for the holidays and not enough room...we got you covered. They may love it so much they'll opt to stay here most of the time. LOL

Seriously, I've given my husband gifts like this before but never anything as nice as DeerRidge, and certainly not for our prices.

Well, our newest property, Wren, is up and ready to rent. It’s a step above our 1st 2 cottages and everyone is loving it. Take a look for yourself. Great getaway or for romantic evening for two…or honeymooners wanting a quaint little place to snuggle away.

Progress Update for Wren…our 3rd Airbnb. Things are beginning to happen fast now. Plumbing will be finished tomorrow….internet being installed tomorrow. By the first of next week all we pack are the plantation shutters which are to be deliver next week. Soon as these are installed, wren will be listed. We’re so excited…it’s been 7 months to this point but it’s been worth every cut, bruise and pure exhaustion… Expected opening date is Dec 18….

Progress has stepped up on Wren….here’s a few pics. We bought the tile for the shower and bathroom-we went with a 20” x 20” marbled ceramic tile for the walls and a pebble stone for the foor. It’s going to be beautiful !! I can’t wait.

My hubby has worn himself out today….bless him….painting has begun..awesome!! We’ll so excited to be getting closer to our dream of finishing Wren and opening it for Airbnb.
