Sometimes the best real estate stories aren't really about the houses...they're about the people. ❤️

Today this wonderful family closed on the sale of their beautiful barndominium and the purchase of their new home. What an exciting new chapter!

One of my favorite memories happened long before closing day. Their daughters signed their own "Kids Listing Agreement" and promised to keep their toys picked up and their bathroom clean whenever there was a showing. In return, they earned a gift card at closing.

They became part of the team—and they did an amazing job! 😊

Thank you for trusting me to help your family through both the sale of your home and the purchase of the next one.

➡️ Swipe to the last photo to meet my two youngest "clients." I think they definitely earned their closing-day reward! ❤️

Helping families love coming home...one chapter at a time.
