In 2000, Shane began his career as a custom home builder while also doing remodeling, custom-finished basements, additions, and screened porches. Shane proudly built his business on word-of-mouth referrals as he constructed homes and remodeled across the suburbs of Atlanta. Shane moved from remodeling and focused on his passion, custom home building in 2004. So how did Peachtree end up in Missouri? It’s a family thing. Both Shane and his wife Michelle were born and raised in Missouri. In 2009 they decided to bring their family, sons, Avery and Ethan, to the Midwest to be closer to “home” and family. After spending most of their life in Georgia, the Peach State is still deep in their hearts. Even more, so is the housing industry. With the changing times and economy, Shane decided to put his skills and building knowledge to better use and become the owner-operator of Peachtree Appraisals.
