Hey whats up with Independence Power and Light? I went in and asked for services to be out of my name, a final bill to be generated and my deposit to be applied to it. They refused and acted like I was doing something wrong. Has anyone else had problems with them?

Someone recently told me “I’m going to wait for rates to come back down”. Well, I might be wrong but they will go up before they go down. Economics is cyclical. It runs in a pattern. When I started real estate in 2003 interest rates were double digits. 13% if I remember correctly. The prices went up so fast due to covid the market has to correct itself. I am not a fortune teller. I’m just saying if you want your own home just buy it, don’t wait. Its a long term investment and its value will go up and down until you pay it off just hang on. After all whats thr alternative? Rent?
