While this is merely a preview, Southern Coastal Homes is preparing to develop one of the last remaining parcels located in the true heart of Old Town Bluffton. The offering will include spacious homesites, highlighted by stunning specimen live oak trees.

We don't have enough words for yesterday. We got to spend time at Pockets Full of Sunshine watching the Raymakers hand-make every one of our Southern Coastal Homes t-shirts from the screen printing to the folding. It was one of those experiences that quietly rearranges something inside you. The focus. The pride. The joy in the room. It's the kind of place that reminds you what really matters. Every single one of our Southern Coastal Homes t-shirts was touched by hands that pour joy into everything they do and you can feel it. That not something you get from a warehouse or machine.

Pockets Full of Sunshine exists to create meaningful work, life experiences and community for differently-abled adults, and what they have built is nothing short of beautiful.
