Have you heard of the Savannah Bananas? 🍌⚾️ They’re kind of a big deal!

And one of the fun things about living in Bluffton is that Savannah is only about 30 minutes away. We had such a great time at the game! They put on an incredible show, keep you entertained from beginning to end, and I love how much they support our veterans and foster families.

Just another reason I love living in the Lowcountry as there is always something fun to do close to home!

🏡 More Growth Planned for Sun City Hilton Head

Sun City Hilton Head continues to grow! A new ball field is planned for the West Campus, while another future expansion, known as the Peninsula Tract, is expected to bring approximately 566 additional homesites to the community.

PulteGroup is currently gathering resident feedback on proposed amenities for the Peninsula Tract, including an amphitheater, food-truck area, bocce, shuffleboard, co****le, and indoor/outdoor gathering spaces.

Plans include detached single-family homes, two parks, two lagoons, sidewalks and a pavilion/fire-pit gathering area. Site development is anticipated over approximately the next two years, with home construction to follow. No community name or pricing has been announced yet.
