God is good 🙌

Had the opportunity to help another couple relocate to the Charleston area, this time from Maine. It was not without its difficulties but that is the nature of buying and selling homes. So excited that this couple gets to have new adventures in the lowcountry! I’m so grateful for the support for my real estate business, the reviews my clients have given me, the referrals, the connections, and help from all the parties involved- lender (Debbie Haberny) to closing attorney to inspectors. I also love getting to know clients on a deeper level and assisting them with one of the most important purchases.

This is also my last transaction in Charleston, with a baby due in a couple months and moving plans, I am ready to get started meeting and serving clients in Bluffton, SC and in the surrounding areas (back in Georgia eventually too)!

So grateful these clients were able to close on their coastal home before Christmas! 🎄 Coming from Minnesota and having to sell their home too, made things quite tight. But God definitely had a hand in this transaction.

These clients found me on the internet and sent me an email the same day I had asked people to pray for me regarding my next moves with work because some changes made finances tight. They flew out in July to check out the homes in the area and then the wife came back out in October and we looked at some homes then negotiated an offer on one and we went under contract the day they put their home on the market.

They’re home still didn’t have any offers 3 weeks in and we were getting a little nervous but when we least expected it, they got an offer for close to asking with a 5 day due diligence and a 3 week close so they were able to close the day before ours! So grateful for the opportunity to work with this sweet family and that the wife will get meet her goal of being on the beach by Christmas. And so glad the husband approved because he never got a chance to see the home in person until today!

Thank you to all the people that helped make this transaction possible and most importantly so thankful that we have a God that knows what we need and is faithful in providing for us.
