Originally from New York City, during his education at Clemson University, Anthony developed an intense passion for the state of South Carolina, knowing one day he’d return to the state and call it home. That time came after successfully completing a 13-year career on Wall Street, where he engaged in negotiating options and futures contracts for major financial institutions as

an Energy Broker. During his time on Wall Street, Anthony sharpened his impeccable negotiation skills, ensuring seamless ex*****on, ease of transaction, and most importantly a price that most suited his client’s needs. Mascolo always had Carolina on his mind, and started investing in rental properties in South Carolina in the early 2000’s. Some closings are about the house. Others are about the people.
6 Amberly Lane in Rose Hill has officially SOLD & CLOSED for $1.375M in a cash transaction.

The home itself was incredible—a one-of-a-kind mid-century modern property tucked away on over 1.5 acres on the equestrian side of Rose Hill, surrounded by majestic live oaks and palmettos, with a resort-style saltwater pool and spa that truly made the property special.

But what I'll remember most from this sale isn't the house.

It's the relationship.

What started years ago on a football field coaching their son eventually turned into a friendship and the opportunity to help their family through one of life's biggest transitions. Over the past several months, we navigated a longer closing timeline together, intentionally structured to allow them to finish out the school year and make the move on their terms.

This is now the SECOND client I've brought through the Escape model who has gone under contract on it—and it's easy to see why.

I'm beyond excited for this awesome couple who is making the move from Staten Island to the Lowcountry!

What makes this one even more meaningful is our shared connection through youth football. Years ago, my dad served alongside this fantastic couple on the board of the Staten Island Boys Football League (SIBFL). To now help them begin this next chapter in South Carolina feels like everything has come full circle.

And how perfect is this...

For a couple leaving New York behind for a change in latitude and a change in attitude, I'd say that's about as perfect as it gets.
