How does it Work?
As a referral agent, you can still refer buyers/sellers to active agents at any real estate brokerage in the US and receive a referral fee from that agent/brokerage (25% is typical).
What are my Fees?
No monthly fees, no MLS dues, no annual Association dues. We simply take a $500 transaction fee for each of your referrals (or 25% whichever is less). Compared to some referral companies that take 30% of your referral commission. Scenario Example:
$450,000 -> Sales Price
$13,500 -> Brokerage Commission (Example of 3%)
$3,375 -> Referral Commission (Based on 25% Example)
$2,875 -> YOUR Commission (After Simple $500 Fee)
What are my SC License Requirements?
You must keep your SC Real Estate License ACTIVE by renewing every 2 years and staying on top of your continuing education requirements.
