There are deals… and then there are relationships.

6 Amberly Lane is officially UNDER CONTRACT (info on home in comments) — and while the home is truly special, this one means a whole lot more to me than just real estate.

But the real story here is the people.

This all started years ago on the football field. Coaching their youngest son — a kid who had never played the game before — and watching him become a key piece of our undefeated 2024 team… that’s where the relationship began.
