🌟 You never know what (or who) you’ll see walking through Old Town! Today I had the absolute joy of meeting Patches, a miniature pony with the sweetest personality. 🐴💛

Even better, I got to connect with Cheryl Crosby Phillips of Grace Farm Too, a wonderful local horse rescue and rehabilitation organization. Cheryl’s work gives people of all ages the chance to get close to horses — to feel their calm, their strength, and their healing energy.

Feeling so grateful for unexpected moments like this and for the amazing people in our community who make a difference every day. 💫

💚 World Mental Health Day 💚

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s how important it is to protect your peace.

You can’t be everything to everyone all the time, and that’s okay! Setting boundaries, saying “no,” taking quiet time for yourself… those things aren’t selfish. They’re how you recharge so you can keep showing up as your best self: for your family, your clients, your friends, and most importantly, YOU!
