It appears that something squirrely is happening with my posts because the second tip on Tuesday didn't have it's image. So for a Friday funny I asked Chat to create an image based off of the copy. I also included the original image as well....which do you prefer?!?

When it comes to adding artwork to your home staging, don't go crazy like your aunt at a garage sale! 😂
Artwork can add personality, color, and a finished look, but it should be used thoughtfully when staging.
Too much art or pieces that feel overly personal can distract buyers from the home itself. The right artwork should complement the room, create a focal point, and help the space feel elevated without overwhelming it.
