Expect more - Drone photography looks great, but it's also a useful tool in real estate for both buyers and sellers.

Here are a few examples where being a Certified Remote Pilot (Part 107 drone operator) has helped my clients:
- Determining if a professional needs to visit. Are there missing chimney caps, damage, is the roof just too high to see? Let's call someone before listing your home. Avoid negotiations and help prevent your sale from falling through.
- Home inspection photos small & fuzzy? Here's some high res photos to zoom into. Great for checking any repairs as well.
- Streamlining roof estimates. Home inspector points out an issue, I can send photos to roofers & they send back an estimate. Sometimes no visit is needed.
- Showing off a good roof. Roof looks great? Great, let's let buyers know.
- Demonstrating the surrounding areas. Back up to a lagoon? Common Space? Large Lot? Capture it from the sky.

Drone photos are not a replacement for any inspection but a great tool to get a full picture of your home. Want to peek at your roof before selling? Give me a call and let's equip you for success.
