PROPERTY FRAUD AWARENESS - The Wells County Recorder's Office is aware of on-going fraud / scams where scammers are attempting to sell people's land without authorization. Goals of these phishing type scams are either to collect a fee for their "service," collect the wire transfer from the sale of the land, or infect computers with malware from clicking links.
