🏡🌴 ANOTHER ESCAPE MODEL UNDER CONTRACT IN MARGARITAVILLE! 🌴🏡

This is now the SECOND client I've brought through the Escape model who has gone under contract on it—and it's easy to see why.

With an incredible open-concept design, soaring ceilings, a massive kitchen island, and a sweeping 4-panel slider, the Escape has quickly become one of my favorite floor plans in the entire community.

This particular home takes it a step further with the upgraded multi-generational suite in place of the golf cart garage, creating a private living room, bedroom, and full bathroom that's perfect for extended family, guests, hobbies, or simply a little extra space to enjoy Lowcountry living.

And then we got a little lucky...

Not only did these buyers find the perfect home, but we were able to secure what was arguably the best available homesite in the community at the time. Sometimes timing is everything, and this one worked out perfectly.

This journey actually started with a referral from a wonderful client and friend in Massachusetts. I am incredibly grateful for their trust and confidence in allowing me to help their friends navigate such an important relocation. Referrals like these mean the world to me.

From day one, these buyers knew exactly what they wanted.

We briefly explored a few resale opportunities, but it quickly became clear that new construction was going to be the better fit. Once we shifted gears toward new builds, everything clicked into place.

One of my favorite parts of this business is introducing people to the Lowcountry, and these folks were an absolute pleasure to work with. Showing them around Bluffton, Hilton Head, and all the incredible communities we have here was so much fun.

Back in 2020, this was actually the FIRST home I ever stepped foot in at Hampton Lake.
