As Director of Hospitality at Crevo, Stephen Minnaar will lead hospitality operations across the firm’s growing portfolio, with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences, building high-performing teams, and establishing operational standards that support long-term success.

With more than 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, private club operations, food and beverage, and guest services, Stephen brings a hands-on understanding of what it takes to operate memorable, high-performing hospitality experiences.

Throughout his career, Stephen has held leadership roles at Montage Palmetto Bluff, Augusta National Golf Club, and Colleton River Club, overseeing everything from daily operations and team development to budgeting, events, service standards, and revenue growth. His ability to pair elevated hospitality with thoughtful, efficient operations makes him an integral part of bringing Crevo’s hospitality vision to life.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science from Baylor University and is a WSET Level 1 Sommelier.
