We're spotlighting some of our favorite Crevo projects over the next several weeks and next up, we have one of our student housing projects, Enclave West, serving Southen Illinois University - Edwardsville! 🏫

Located on the edge of campus, the university is within walking distance for more than 700 residents. The 17-acre site holds 14 3-story buildings containing a total of 168 full furnished 2–4-bedroom units. Property amenities include a beautiful clubhouse, fitness center, pool, volleyball courts, putting greens, and plenty of additional space for recreational activities!

Not every development has a single "lightbulb moment." For us, confidence in The Wave came from hearing the same thing over and over again.

People love Hilton Head. They love the beaches, the restaurants, the bike paths, and the laid-back coastal lifestyle. However, many travelers are looking for something different when it comes to where and how they stay. They're looking for something fresh and clean that still possess that island charm and intentionality.

The more conversations we had, the clearer the opportunity became. The Wave wasn't born from trying to "build more accommodations." It was born from understanding how people want to travel today.

We would like to give a warm welcome to Isabella Perez, who we are fortunate enough to have as a member of our team this summer!

Isabella will be workings as our Artificial Intelligence Educator Intern here at Crevo, where she'll supports the firm’s efforts to integrate AI into real estate development, marketing, and operations. In her role, she will help create practical AI workflows, educational resources, and content designed to simplify emerging technology for real estate professionals.

Isabella is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service (BSFS) at Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service with a focus on Business and Global Affairs. Prior to Georgetown, she graduated as Salutatorian from John Paul II Catholic School in South Carolina.

She brings experience in investment analysis, market research, and strategic communication through roles with Georgetown Student Capital Partners and Zeeba Investment Group. Isabella is passionate about the intersection of real estate, business, and technology, and is especially interested in how AI can improve decision-making and operational efficiency across the industry.

1. A coffee bar stocked like someone actually thought about your morning ☕️ Not just a basic coffee maker shoved in the corner: we’re talking quality coffee, tea options, creamers, sweeteners, mugs that feel like home, and the little extras that make slow mornings feel special.

2. Soft lighting that instantly makes you exhale. 😮‍💨 Warm lamps, natural light, dimmable bedside lighting… the atmosphere of a space matters more than people realize. The right lighting can completely change how a stay feels.

3. Plenty of hooks, outlets, and places to put your stuff. 🛍️ The small conveniences are often the most appreciated. A place to charge your phone beside the bed. Hooks for towels and beach bags. A bench by the door. Thoughtful functionality makes a space feel effortless.

4. Local recommendations you won’t find on the first page of Google. 🗺️ The best coffee shop. The quiet beach access point. The hidden gem for dinner. Guests remember when a stay helps them experience a destination like a local instead of a tourist!
