2024, where are you going?! Time is flying by, and as we approach the busy holiday season and the end of another year, I’m taking a moment to reflect on my goals for 2024. 📆✨

I set out to sell 26 homes this year, and I’m thrilled to say I’m only 4 away from reaching that goal! 🏡💪

What are some of your accomplishments this year? 🏅 And what’s still on your list to complete before December? Let’s finish the year strong! 💥

🎉 Closed Transaction Alert! 🏡

I’m thrilled to announce that we finally got this one to the closing table! 🙌 This transaction wasn’t the easiest — it took 60 days under contract, extended twice, and plenty of back-and-forths to make it happen. 😅

While I don’t have control over lender choices, here’s what I learned:

🔸 Stay on top of the transaction. Consistent communication is key!
🔸 Check in when you’re not getting responses. Don’t assume everything’s fine. Go above people if you have to.
🔸 Be the squeaky wheel. Don’t be afraid to ask tough questions!
🔸 Pay attention with non-local lenders. They can complicate things due to lack of familiarity with the area and with the overwhelming case files/customers they have. It's just a file.

My main priority is always representing my client’s best interests, even when it means pushing back to ensure things don’t fall through. We almost had to let this one go, but I kept pushing for my client. 💪

Real estate transactions can be challenging, and sometimes things get a little bumpy — but I’m here to navigate it all and get to the finish line for my clients! ✨
