When a friend from a previous job (someone I’ve known for 20 years) reached out to me on Facebook, I was BEYOND excited to have the opportunity to help her!

Honestly not much has changed in the past few years
Don’t let the market change the goals you have!

For all the talk about waiting to buy a house when the rates are better…honestly the rates really haven’t moved much over the last four years.

And while you’ve been waiting, life hasn’t stopped.
Life is still Life-ing and people are making moves everyday

Home prices have changed. Rents have increased. Families have grown. Jobs have changed. People have needed more—or different—space.

That doesn’t mean everyone should buy right now. There are definitely people who should wait and continue to save and boost their credit

But there’s a difference between waiting because buying doesn’t make financial sense and waiting because you’re hoping the market will eventually go back to 2020 or 2021.

🎉 So excited for my seller! 🏡❤️

She had a goal in mind, and we were determined not to disappoint! When I met with my seller on a random Tuesday, the first thing i noticed was the moving truck in the driveway…I asked her how soon she wanted to move and of course her answer was ASAP! The truck was already half packed and they were heading out in a couple days. I scheduled the photographer (its such a small world because my client used to work for my photographer) and here it is full circle❤️

We listed the house and just shortly after we were under contract 🙌🏼
I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to help her close one chapter and open an exciting new one in a new state with a new bundle of joy on the way✨
