In addition to earning my Florida Broker's license, I hold real estate designations in residential construction, and I was awarded the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation. The CLHMS designation is awarded to agents who have documented performance in the TOP 10% of their markets, and have

successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market. I am a preferred agent on Zillow and I utilize the latest technology to ensure that I am always readily available to my clients. I moved to Boca Grande full time in 2008 but I have frequented the area since the late 80's. While attending Penn State University, I participated in the Semester at Sea program. I hold a Masters in Science degree in Occupational Therapy and had a successful career in pharmaceutical sales, prior to relocating to the Island to be closer to my parents. In addition to all of the obvious reasons one chooses to live on Gasparilla Island, two additional reasons why I chose to relocate to Boca Grande were due to the Island's "bike path" (the old CSX railroad track that runs from the Northern end to the South End of the Island) and the "dog friendly" environment of the Island that includes a designated "dog park" where dogs of all sizes and breeds gather every evening to "socialize". I am an outdoor enthusiast and I enjoy spending time on the beach, kayaking, fishing and boating with my husband and three sons. We are a "house divided" as our oldest son is a Gator at the University of Florida and our middle son is a Seminole and attends Florida State University. Our youngest son is a junior at Lemon Bay High School in Englewood, FL
