My name is Susan Vernon and I sold new construction communities for national and local builders for 35 years throughout the state of New Jersey (Pulte Homes, Del Webb, American Properties, Edgewood Properties and many more).

In 2023 I decided to make a new life in Florida. I moved to Boca Raton and obtained my Florida real estate license.

I am still selling new construction, but now I am representing the Buyer and can tailor the community to what best fits their lifestyle and budget.

I offer a concierge service with private tours and guidance through the entire new home purchase process since I have the experience and background that few agents have.
