As we approach Hurricane Season, we want to provide you with some helpful Flood information!



Hurricane season is less than 30 days away which means that if you were to purchase a Flood Insurance Policy today through the NFIP (National Flood Insurance Program,) your coverage wouldn’t take effect until June 4th! Unless required by your lender, Flood Insurance Policies through the NFIP are subject to a 30-Day waiting period. We do have a Private Flood Carrier that will offer coverage in as little as 10 Days.



We have attached the Flood Insurance flyer and the Flood Loss History Request form, LOMA (Letter of Map Amendment).
