If you’re sending your kids to sleepaway camp this summer, here’s my favorite camp hack.

These plastic bins fit right inside their duffle bag. They keep clothes organized and protected during travel, and when they get to camp, they become instant drawers. No unpacking required.

After sending four kids to camp, this is one of the best camp hacks I’ve found. Anything that makes packing and unpacking easier is a win in my book.

You’re welcome 😜

What are your favorite camp hacks?

West Palm Beach's transformation shows no signs of slowing down. 📈

What was once viewed as a seasonal destination has evolved into a year-round hub for business, investment, and luxury living. As financial firms continue expanding into South Florida, the city is attracting a new generation of executives, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth residents seeking both opportunity and lifestyle.

The numbers tell the story:
🔹 More than 2 million square feet of commercial space is in the pipeline
🔹 The area's average age has dropped significantly as more young professionals and families relocate
🔹 Palm Beach County has seen a dramatic increase in wealth, helping fuel continued residential and commercial development

From new office developments to luxury residential projects, West Palm Beach is solidifying its position as one of the fastest-growing markets in the country.

⚽🌴 One of the many reasons I love living in South Florida? There's always something exciting happening.

Two cities I love that unexpectedly mirror each other, Los Angeles & South Florida. ☀️🌴

Hi, I’m Sarah, an LA transplant now calling South Florida home. I help clients across Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Highland Beach, Parkland, Boynton Beach, and Fort Lauderdale navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.

Different coasts, different pace, but somehow, the same energy:

• Life lived outdoors, shaped by sunshine
• Beach communities that feel like their own worlds
• Palm-lined streets that define the landscape
• Art, color, and culture woven into everyday life
• A lifestyle rooted in design, wellness, and expression

LA may feel more cinematic and laid-back. South Florida feels more tropical and energized.

But at the core? Same lifestyle, just a different coast.

Big news for Florida homeowners and contractors. 🏡🔨

Starting July 1, Florida’s new HB 803 will eliminate permit requirements for certain single-family home projects under $7,500, aiming to reduce delays and simplify smaller home improvements.

Electrical, plumbing, gas, mechanical, and structural work will still require permits, and the law does not apply in flood zones.

Supporters say the change could help homeowners complete minor projects faster and more affordably across the state.

What do you think? 👀
