Final walkthrough day for one of my UTampa investors purchasing a 4 bed, 3.5 bath new construction townhome at West River!

From testing appliances, windows and locks to checking finishes, reviewing warranties, HVAC maintenance and all the little details in between, the final walkthrough is all about making sure the home is ready for closing and move-in.
