I got into real estate at 21, bought my first home in Deerfield Beach, and somehow this area has stayed such a big part of my life ever since. 🤍

I’ve been with Ryan Critch Real Estate since 2023, and one of the things I love most about our team is how personal we make the process. No two clients are the same, so every transaction should feel tailored to the person, the home, and the goal.

You know you’ve been in South Florida long enough when these make perfect sense without any explanation. 🤍

Between planning around I-95, checking the cone during hurricane season, debating east or west of 95, and somehow ending up at The Cove… it really is its own language down here.

I really think buyers should know what they’re walking into before they schedule a showing.

If part of the garage has been converted into a bedroom, or the layout is different from what someone might expect, that should be clear in the listing.

A floor plan can save everyone time and help buyers understand the home before they ever step inside.
