I picked up the keys and garage door openers, delivered them to the house, put a lock box on the door with a key inside so the buyers who purchased the house sight-unseen can get inside when they arrive later this week. I'll meet them at the house later that day. That was simply the right thing to do. I'm always willing to go the extra mile for my clients before, during and after the sale.
