The “Behind the Scenes” of an Open House 🤫🏡

The flyers are printed, the candles are lit, the ambient jazz playlist is looping... and now, we wait.

Clients always ask what realtors do during those quiet 15 minutes before an open house officially starts (or when there’s a lull). Sure, we check emails and prep disclosures... but if we’re being completely honest, we also:

1. Stage-manage our own imaginary cooking show in your gorgeous new kitchen.

2. Test out the echo in the grand foyer. (10/10 acoustics). 🎶

3. Have a full-blown photoshoot or create video content.

4. Mentally move all of our own furniture into the primary suite.

5. Practice our best “Welcome in!” smile in the hallway mirror. 😁
