This recognition comes from RealTrends Verified, an independent third-party organization that reviews and verifies sales production using strict qualification standards. It is not based on votes, popularity, advertising, or social media presence.

Out of approximately 1.6 million licensed real estate professionals nationwide, only the top 1.5% earn this recognition.

To even be considered, an individual agent must have closed a minimum of 25 transaction sides or $10 million in annual sales volume. For a team, the minimum threshold is 40 transaction sides or $16 million in annual sales volume. All production must be independently verified before being accepted.
