🙏🏻So proud and honored to be in Orlando representing our South Florida real estate community as part of the 2026 Leadership Academy with MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld! 🏡🌴✨

After four incredible days at the Florida Realtors® Convention, Trade Expo & Governance Meetings, one thing is clear: being involved matters because what happens in these rooms can directly impact our homeowners, communities and investments.

And we are witnessing history! 🚀

🏡 A major property-tax relief constitutional amendment is officially headed to Florida voters this November. If approved by at least 60% of voters, it would increase the homestead exemption to $150K in 2027 and $250K in 2028 for non-school property taxes and reduce the annual assessment-growth cap on non-homestead properties from 10% to 5%. 🗳️

🌎 MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld also completed the largest merger in NAR history, creating the largest local REALTOR® association in the world — approximately 94,000 professionals strong!

Florida Realtors® represents approximately 230,000 REALTORS® statewide, giving homeowners and private property rights a powerful voice. 💪🏼🏡

Every time I return to my country, I’m reminded of something so simple yet so powerful: the greatest richness in life is not what we have, but who we get to share it with. 💝

This trip was about FAMILY. FRIENDSHIP. LOVE. CONNECTION. ❤️ Long conversations, endless laughter, hugs, celebrations, incredible food, adventures, and meaningful moments we’ll carry with us forever.

To every friend and family member who opened your home, made time for us, shared a meal, celebrated with us, and surrounded us with so much love, THANK YOU. 🙏🏻❤️ You made this trip unforgettable.

🌿🐒🌎 Into the heart of the Peruvian Amazon… what an unforgettable adventure! 💚✨

Puerto Maldonado completely stole our hearts. From incredible wildlife encounters 🦜🐒🦥 to breathtaking boat rides 🚤, jungle expeditions 🌳, magical sunsets 🌅, and the sounds of nature all around us… every moment felt like stepping into another world.

This trip reminded us that the greatest luxury isn’t found in things… it’s found in experiences, connection, and the beauty of our planet. 🌍❤️

A huge thank you to Rainforest Expeditions for the exceptional hospitality, amazing guides, delicious food, and creating memories we’ll cherish forever. 🙌🍃

My heart is so full welcoming Stephanie home after an unforgettable summer. 🥹❤️ She spent weeks exploring this beautiful country with her dad traveling and driving an RV, hiking, reconnecting with nature, learning new skills, and creating memories she’ll cherish forever💝 I’m incredibly grateful she has a father who gives her experiences like these. 🙏🏕️⛰️

💫 But when I asked her what impacted her the most… Her answer surprised me🥰 It wasn’t a destination, It was attending the Tony Robbins Foundation Global Youth Leadership Summit (GYLS) for the second year. ❤️🙌 Tony Robbins 😍She came home with even more confidence, resilience, gratitude, purpose, and love to give. To me, that’s the greatest investment any parent can make💝🙌🏻
