We are looking for motivated and hard working Real Estate professionals to join our team here at Beachfront Properties. We are opening our second Boutique office located right in the heart of the Royal Palm Plaza of Boca Raton. We offer in house training, on site broker 24/7, awesome marketing software, competitive splits, and much more!
Our firm is also partnered with Beachfront Builders, a construction company that can help your clients with any of their remodels, renovations or new construction needs. This “one stop shop” makes it easy for you and your clients. We believe in working hard while having fun at the same time. Every week we celebrate Champagne Friday in our office with our agents and clients to acknowledge all of our hard work throughout the week. Qualifications:
Real Estate Agent (Sales Associate) or Broker License
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
Pleasant and trustworthy
