This year I couldn’t pick and settle for one valentine so I’m blessed with two.

Two beautiful souls that flipped my world upside down and gave me something more than worth living for.

When things get tough, rough and I’m ready to give up... they’re right there pushing me along and reminding me why I started.

Now they’re the fuel and inspiration behind everything I do and I dont know where I’d be without them.

So even though, I dont need a day to acknowledge my love for them as I do it on the daily, today is special as it’s a first where I selfishly am blessed with two amazing valentines that fuel my world.

Great meeting at my gym. Crazy how the universe lines up.

I remember watching documentaries on Kai and his come up to being a professional athlete. Then Being inspired to get my fitness journey started and now reignited the flame to get back on track.

Confession...

It took me 45 minutes to work up the courage and walk up to him. It was worth it.

Kai was and is one of the most humble and kind people where he took the time to chat and genuinely interested in my journey.

Moral of the story, don't ever be afraid to just do something. You've got nothing to lose!

Big shout to for putting in hella hard work to get to this physique. You're looking at years of dedication and discipline. I still remember skipping class to get a lift in together or blending sweet potatoes to get our macros in.

You my friend, serve as an inspiration for my own journey #30. Let the games begin. Time for me to prioritize my health first as we leave this 2020 behind us.
