This 💯 I feel in my heart! Not just for Moms but for anyone with mental health issues. I’ll get personal here which I don’t get often. One of my best friends had severe postpartum depression and it was heartbreaking 💔 She resented her 2nd baby & herself for feeling that way. She couldn’t help it. She got help (thank goodness) & she was & is one of the best Moms I know. I have dealt with mental illness in my own family & I promise you the help is so hard to find & you have to advocate for yourself or your loved one. It is a constant changing of meds, fighting with insurance companies-an overall nightmare. If you’ve been fortunate enough to never be in that situation count your blessings 🙏I just feel like it’s not talked about enough & some people judge please know if you are in this situation you are not alone ❤️

I WAS WRONG. 👀

In real estate, we always hear: “The first offer is usually the best offer.”

But this one was different.

A few days on the market and we received an offer. The seller considered it… and then we both said, “Nooo… let’s wait. We think we can get higher.”

So we waited. We negotiated. And we DID. 🙌🏼

Sometimes the rule everyone tells you isn’t the rule at all. Sometimes you have to trust the market, trust your strategy, and know when to hold out for more.

And this one paid off. 🔑
