1. Florida is a proven global real estate destination.
International buyers accounted for 5% of all existing home sales and 5% of total dollar volume statewide between August 2024 and July 2025, underscoring Florida�s consistent appeal to buyers from around the world.

2. International demand is rebounding�and fast.
International buyers purchased $10.4 billion in Florida residential real estate during the 12-month survey period, up sharply from $7.1 billion the year before, signaling renewed confidence in Florida property.

3. Florida real estate attracts serious buyers with purchasing power.
The median purchase price for international buyers was $442,000, higher than the $390,000 median for all Florida existing home sales, reflecting strong buying capacity and long-term investment interest.

4. Florida�s tourism economy supports property values and rentals.
Florida welcomed 157.6 million out-of-state visitors in 2024, generating $134.9 billion in visitor spending and $133.6 billion in total economic impact, reinforcing demand for vacation homes and investment properties.

Detroit understood the assignment. 🖤🏙️

What an incredible experience getting to truly live Rocket Mortgage in their hometown. From the way they’ve transformed the city, their culture, their technology, their know-how, their motivation, their amazing people, and their culture. They made us, , welcome, and better yet, desired… like Redfin and Rocket is a Match made in heaven… to “Help Everyone Home”. What a day! This year “Redferno” was hosted in Detroit, in the morning, we talked about Redfin’s future, and I can’t wait to evolve in this new Redfin era! In the afternoon we were invited to Rocket All Company Meeting “Rocket Siesmic” hosted in the Little Caesars Arena also in Detroit. The event was another level! We had Steve Aoki, we met Rocket founder Dan Gilbert, Varun Krishna and Rockets’ directives were also there, even the Detroit mayor (boss lady) was also there, to talk about how Rocket is making a difference in everyone’s lives and help them to make dreams come true… “helping everyone home”, and the big surprise of the day was
But what I was a more impact on me was the whole idea about the “neighborhood” and the sense of belonging to something bigger and better than just a home, the support system, the joy and the peace you can find in your neighbors, and how they go the extra mile to help. We met Aggie, an old lady (87 years old), who bought her home recently, to buy her home she needed her support system, her neighbors, so to reward them Rocket is paying off her mortgage…. We learn about what is coming next in 2026! And I am excited and ready! Detroit, Redfin, Rocket—what a day.

✨ Feliz Día de Cierre!✨

Hay transacciones que marcan, y esta definitivamente es una de ellas 💫

Nadia y Josue… ¡qué recorrido tan bonito hemos tenido juntos! ❤️ Esta fue nuestra cuarta transacción —han vendido conmigo dos propiedades y comprado otras dos— y esta última tiene un significado muy especial: “La casa de sus sueños!” 🏡.

No ha sido un camino fácil (¡ni esta ni las anteriores! 😅). Entre un avalúo bajo, la necesidad de un periodo de ocupación posterior al cierre, y una compra que tuvimos que rescatar tras ser negada por el financista anterior… hubo momentos intensos. Pero, como siempre, no se rindieron! Con financista diferente , y muchísimo trabajo en equipo, ¡logramos cerrar en solo 16 días! justo antes de que terminara el periodo de ocupación que tenían con la venta de su otra casa.

Gracias de corazón por su confianza, por dejarse guiar y por creer en mí una vez más. 💕

Y este cierre es aún más especial porque marcó el primer cierre oficial de Zenca Mortgage, la nueva compañía de mis queridos amigos y de los mejores financistas con los que he trabajado a lo largo de mi carrera como vendedora de bienes raíces, y 🙌
Llevo 10 años trabajando con ellos, en ocasiones incluso representando a la contraparte porque hasta me han salvados transacciones en los que soy la agente del vendedor, y cuando el comprador era negado, los recomendaba y como siempre terminaban cerrando el negocio! Siempre han sido excelentes en su trabajo, resolutivos, honestos y comprometidos. Y cuando ellos dicen que se puede, no tengo dudas de que cierran la transacción! ¡Me alegra infinitamente haber sido parte del primer capítulo de su nueva aventura!
