SOLD! “Trust the Process” ⠀
We are at a time in realestate where properties are staying on the market much longer than in previous years. Pricing homes fairly AND competitively will give you an edge on the rest of the inventory in the area. After marketing and several open houses, we decided that a price improvement was needed to move this property, essentially, “opening the flood gates” to interested/potential buyers. As expected, in came the offer we needed. There was a catch: Contingency on the sale of buyers property, which hadn’t even been listed yet. ⠀
After much consideration, and language changes to favor our seller, we accepted. The Buyers property was listed at a mutually agreed upon fair value, and it was sold within 3 weeks- ultimately leading to the smooth sale of Mystic Way and extremely content Seller and Buyer. ⠀

Moral of the story: It’s ok to take a chance on a “tricky” deal as long as you vet the buyer & buyers agent, do your research and stay on top of the deal, it’ll all work out. ⠀
