Let’s be honest: who you work with matters. 🚩
When you are navigating the South Florida market, you need an advocate, not just an agent. If you notice any of these three red flags, it might be time to reconsider who is representing your biggest asset:
1. The “Too Big to Care” Ego
Experience is great, but arrogance isn’t. If a realtor looks down on others or treats your transaction like they are doing you a favor, run. Everyone starts at zero, and true professionalism is rooted in humility and respect for everyone involved in the deal.
2. Your Priorities Take a Backseat
If they are pushing their own agenda, ignoring your timeline, or making you feel like a number rather than a partner, they aren’t working for you, they are working for a commission check.
3. Total Ghosting & Poor Communication
Real estate moves fast. If your agent is impossible to reach, fails to explain contract details clearly, or leaves you in the dark, they are putting your deal at risk. You deserve a smooth, transparent experience from contract to close.
Don’t settle for less than exceptional service.
