There are three vital areas in life

(HEALTH)

(WEALTH)

( LOVE )

i’d like you to rate each of these areas one 1-10.

if you rate them 10 just keep maintaining it anything below 10 you should make a plan to improve it.

When you neglect any area for too long, the ill effects can quickly infect a second area, which in turn can infect a third, and so on. This runaway chain reaction is called spiraling and, if left un-bridled, can undermine your life's prime directives.

Rationing your time equally among all three vital areas is crucial in preventing a downward spiral that can lead to a great collapse (sickness, poverty, and loneliness)
