He began his career in central New Jersey after 15 years in family-owned and operated retail businesses. In his 1st year of real estate sales, he closed 48 buyer agency transactions and 55 tenant representation leases. He was named Rookie of the Year in a Brokerage company of 100 agents and in 1999 he became the company's first sales manager. In 2001 after obtaining his NJ Brokers license, Jeffrey
was recruited by a RE/MAX franchise owner to become the Designated Broker of his 3 offices. While spending close to 7 years in the RE/MAX system, Jeffrey had the opportunity to work with many of the executive officers of RE/MAX of NJ and RE/MAX International. He attended leadership training and was actively involved with the Broker Council for RE/MAX NJ. He spent a year being personally coached by one of Real Estate's most recognized trainers, Walter Sanford. At the end of that year Jeffrey, Listed, Sold, and Leased over $25 million in property. Since he arrived in FL, Jeffrey has overseen the successful completion of over 10,000 Real Estate sales transactions and thousands of leases totaling over $3 Billion. Jeffrey has received numerous awards and recognition in his career including Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches Broker of the Year for Large Size Brokerages in 2014 and Florida realtors RPAC Chairman for the State of Florida in 2015. Most recently he was named Realtor of the Year for the Realtors of the Palm Beaches and Greater Ft. He currently serves on Florida Realtors and the National Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
